Pack and Stack Storage Solution’s Website Sucks

Image
Pack and Stack Storage Solutions website  sucks.  Certainly as far as paying for your services is concerned. Why do I say this? Because there is no way to charge your move on their website itself. You need to actually call Pack and Stack Storage Solutions on the phone to use a credit card. But, it gets even worse. When you call Pack and Stack Storage Solutions all you get is an answering service and they can't even take your credit card information. They pass on your message to somebody from Pack and Stack and they have to call you and take the information. This also means you need to be able to answer their phone call when they call you, or you'll be playing phone tag with them. Personally, I work hard and I'm not able to answer my cellphone much of the day. I'm not even around my cellphone much of the day, and I know that many companies do not allow their employees to use their phones during working hours. This is not a customer friendly way of doing business. ...

Pack And Stack Screwed Up Big Time

Image
Well, Pack and Stack screwed up everything. What  Pack and Stack Storage Solutions  was supposed to do was pick up the boxes my daughter packed, put a bar code on them, give her a receipt for the pickup which has the bar codes on it, take the boxes to their warehouse and store it over the summer. So, she packed her belongings up, everything she was going to want for the following year, set up a pick up time, and Pack and Stack Storage Solutions came and picked up her stuff. And then, everything went into the proverbial toilet. This Is What Happened to Our Money When We Hired Pack and Stack Storage Solutions Pack and Stack came to deliver my daughter's belongings which they had stored in their Syracuse warehouse. When they came, my daughter made sure they had brought the right number of boxes back, and that the bar codes were correct. She signed for the delivery, and the delivery person from Pack and Stack left. The delivery person's name was Carl by the way. I don't me...

We Were Ripped Off By Pack And Stack Storage Solutions

Image
We were ripped off by Pack and Stack Storage Solutions LLC, a moving and storage company owned by Matthew Rojas and based in New York City.  Pack and Stack Storage Solutions   does business all over NY state. One of their lines of business is storing the belongings of college students over the summer. That way, the students don’t have to bring all their things home after the semester is over, and then bring everything back to school again in the fall.  It Should Say  1-844-SCREW-ME This is what we hired Pack and Stack Storage Solutions to do in May of 2019, and this blog tells the story of how they lost hundreds of dollars of our belongings and then lied about it so they could avoid paying us to replace what they’d lost. I will tell you in great detail what they did to us so you can avoid dealing with these people. After all, there are plenty of moving and storage companies around, so why deal with scammers like Pack and Stack Storage Solutions.
