I posted a Superpages review for Pack and Stack Storage Solutions because I believe in using all the quality websites that are available.

 
 Pack and Stack Storage Solutions LLC packed and stored our daughter's belongings over the summer. They were supposed to redeliver everything to her when her new semester at college started. When they made the delivery one of the boxes wasn’t hers, but they had already left before we had a chance to open everything. We called them, and they picked up the box that didn't belong to her, but never came back to deliver her last box.

 We have been trying for 8 months to get our last box but they say they can’t find it, claim we’re lying about this whole thing, and won’t reimburse us for what they lost. We have personally spoken to and emailed Pack and Stack Storage Solutions owner Matthew Rojas about this. He screamed at my wife and called her a liar, and has repeatedly called my daughter and I liars, and even after seeing the negative reviews we have written online he still has not paid us the money he owes us.

The Better Business Bureau, the NY State Attorney General’s office and the NY State Consumer Protection Division all tried to get Pack and Stack to do the right thing and pay us for what they lost, which adds up to several hundred dollars, but Pack and Stack blew them all off.

Their website makes it impossible to use a credit card, which you need to do to protect yourself. You can’t charge your move on the website. You have to call them, but they just have an answering service, and all they do is take a message and pass it on to somebody who will then call you back and take your credit card information. If you have any questions or problems you again either have to go through their answering service or email them and many times we never received any response after days of waiting. There are plenty of moving and storage companies around. Avoid Pack and Stack Storage Solutions, you will be glad you did.
 You never know where a potential customer is going to look for reviews and if you're trying to get your money back from a company you need to make use of any websites that are reputable such as Superpages.

Pack and Stack Storage Solutions Lies to the BBB

 We filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau about Pack and Stack Storage Solutions,  and I have previously explained why. And,  why as a business owner you should try very hard to resolve BBB complaints. Better Business Bureau complaints stay up on the internet for three years and rank very highly in search results. If you have a complaint on their website, people are going to see it when they do a web search for your company. Pack and Stack Storage Solution's  owner Matthew Rojas didn't resolve the issue we had. Not only that, Pack and Stack actually lied to the BBB and told them that they found the box of our belongings after a "thorough investigation" and returned it to us. Now, if that were true, then Pack and Stack Storage Solutions would have the paperwork showing the day and time he delivered this box, and it would've been signed by my daughter who would have personally received the package.           ...

You've Been Scammed by Pack and Stack Storage Solutions, Now what?

So, you've been the victim of a scam by a company like Pack and Stack Storage Solutions, now what? When I was at a loss for what the next step was regarding as far as trying to get the money that Matthew Rojas and Pack and Stack Storage Solutions LLC owes us, I scoured the Internet for advice . Several articles outlined the strategy that I am following now.  In addition to calling and emailing the company, and leaving negative reviews at all the major websites, they recommended blogging about the company, tweeting about them, and posting on Facebook about them , which I am doing. Except, the way I'm using Facebook is by posting negative reviews on the company's own Facebook page so any prospective customers who go there can see them.
