Pack and Stack Storage Solutions Review on City Search

I reviewed Pack and Stack Storage Solution's horrible service and treatment of my family on City Search.  This is the link to that review.  Here is a block quote of the review itself.

 

 We used Pack and Stack Storage Solutions LLC to store our child's belongings over the summer they were in college. When they came to deliver her belongings to her, Pack and Stack delivered a box that belonged to somebody else. We called Pack and Stack and they came and picked up the box of somebody else's stuff and presumably delivered it to them, but they never returned with our last box.

When we called Pack and Stack Storage about this the owner yelled at us and said we were making up this whole story and since my child signed for the delivery (which she did before opening up all of the boxes) the order was complete and they wouldn't do anything. Pack and Stack claims to have looked in their warehouse for the missing box of stuff and say they couldn't fine it. We have the barcode of the missing box but even with that they say they can't locate the box, so who knows what they did with it.

They can't find the box which contains hundreds of dollars of bedding, lamps, etc and they won't reimburse us for what they lost. We contacted the Better Business Bureau who told us that Pack and Stack Storage Solutions won't respond to their letters and phone calls. The NY State Consumer Protection Department tried to help us but Pack and Stack won't work with them and claims none of this ever happened. I would think Pack and Stack has some sort of insurance for this, but we are out about $700 and have no way to get it back.

 City Search is a similar sort of service to Yellow Pages. It is a way of looking up businesses in a particular city, and a useful place to leave reviews both positive and negative. You ever know where a prospective customer may be looking for reviews of a company so try to make use of all the well known properties you can.
