You've Been Scammed by Pack and Stack Storage Solutions, Now what?
So, you've been the victim of a scam by a company like Pack and Stack
Storage Solutions, now what? When I was at a loss for what the next step
was regarding as far as trying to get the money that Matthew Rojas and Pack and Stack Storage Solutions LLC owes us, I scoured the Internet for advice. Several articles outlined the strategy that I am following now.
In addition to calling and emailing the company, and leaving negative reviews at all the major websites, they recommended blogging about the company, tweeting about them, and posting on Facebook about them, which I am doing. Except, the way I'm using Facebook is by posting negative reviews on the company's own Facebook page so any prospective customers who go there can see them. And, since Pack and Stack Storage Solutions hasn't posted on their own Facebook page for years, the company doesn't even know they are there. Which is pretty sad, but also pretty funny at the same time.
The Better Business Bureau is another valuable resource. They will mediate between you and the company and try to help you get satisfaction. Reviews on the Better Business Bureau website stay up for three years, and score very well in search engine searches. People who look up the company online will find your BBB review. And, BBB reviews have more cache to them than other reviews do, so people will tend to take them more seriously.
Publishing negative reviews does more than publicize the reasons you should not hire whatever company ripped you. It is also meant to get the company’s attention. This has been a powerful strategy for the people who have written about it. This blog is an experiment in progress.
If it is not successful in getting Pack and Stack Storage Solutions LLC to give us the hundreds of dollars they owe us, it has been a valuable educational experience. I have learned how to buy domain names, the best type to buy, how to set up websites and web hosting etc. It’s amazing how inexpensive it all is, and it doesn't actually take that long.
